Being inclusive is FAIR!

Welcome to the Pima County Fair! Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that embraces diversity and inclusivity. We prioritize accessibility and want all attendees to enjoy the fair and its amenities.

If accommodation is needed and you’d like assistance with planning your day at the fair, send us an email to office@PimaCountyFair.com.  Please give 24 business hours for one of our advocates to respond.  Our advocates work closely with you to make your fair visit memorable and inclusive!

If at any time during the Fair, assistance or accommodation is needed, visit guest services, security, administration or anyone with a radio and ask them to radio for a Disability Advocate.  Remain where you are and one of our advocates will arrive shortly to provide assistance.   Please note, our Disability Advocates are available from opening hours until 9:00 p.m.

The Pima County Fair offers permanent and portable bathrooms throughout the property.

Additionally, there are large bathroom buildings located at the RV office, which is near the Kiddie Land Carnival. These bathrooms are lockable, single unit toilet sink and shower with ample space for individuals with an attendant and/or in need of adult changing.   Please note: this building is open until 9:00 p.m.

If you have any reasonable accommodation requests, just let the vendor know how they can help make your experience even better. And if you need any more assistance, we’re all ears and welcome feedback by sending us an email to office@PimaCountyFair.com

Welcome to the Main Stage concert area! Our festival-style seating is first-come, first-served. We want everyone to enjoy the show, so we have accessible ramps with wheelchair seating available on the Main Stage bleachers. Additionally, there’s an elevated viewing area under the covered garden. If you’ve upgraded your concert ticket, there’s space for you and your attendant (remember, your attendant must have a ticket too!).

Grounds Entertainment viewing: When it comes to grounds entertainment viewing, the Fair offer bleacher, grass, or chair seating, with accessible viewing spaces available in front of each stage for those in wheelchairs. We want everyone to have an unforgettable experience, so please don’t hesitate to ask if you need any assistance.

Welcome to the fair!  We have ADA parking available on dirt and concrete lots for vehicles displaying a government-issued placard, license plate, or hanger. If you need concrete parking due to a mobility device or other need, please let us know ahead of time so we can reserve your space and provide further assistance.

If you happen to arrive without prior plans and require concrete parking, simply ask the parking attendant to radio for an Advocate for the Disabled, and one of our team members will be with you shortly. Please keep in mind that our advocates are available until 9:00 p.m. each night.

Looking for options that accommodate your dietary needs? Fair food vendors offer a wide variety of choices and try their best to offer gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. If you have specific dietary needs, or restrictions, requiring an accommodation, or if you’d like to know more about our food concessions and menu options, shoot us an email at Office@PimaCountyFair.com. We’re happy to help!
