We want your family to have the best experience possible, so you will be able to use your tickets at any time on Friday during the show’s scheduled hours. If Friday no longer works for you, we will honor your tickets on any day or time while we’re in town. Simply bring your ticket to Jurassic Quest, check-in, and you’ll be able to attend the event at your own pace. No ticket change is required, and you do not need to contact Customer Service. Be sure to check the venue website in advance for parking information & any other information to know before you go.
